Creating a Healthy Farm

Organic farming is founded on building and keeping a living soil so that we can provide our clientele with the best possible quality of produce. By being organic, we are working to maintain a thriving environment, a vibrant community, and a strong and sustainable local economy.  It’s hearty and healthy, and you can tell the difference as soon as you put it in your mouth.

The farm consists of a well made 30’ x 96’ green house, six high tunnels measuring 14’ x 40’, and a one acre outdoor field.  The green house is year round and the high tunnels almost double the outdoor growing season to provide produce from March to November. We are a small scale farm, so we are careful in what we plant and how we distribute to ensure that we continually provide the freshest produce.  We only supply eight restaurants in Park City and we only have a limited amount of produce available for our friends in the local community.  Early buyers of property at High Star Ranch will be afforded privileged access to the yields from High Star Farm.
