Harvest Schedule

“Gardens are not made by singing ‘Oh, how beautiful,’ and sitting in the shade.” Rudyard Kipling

A garden takes a lot of work and needs to be tended to from the ground up. We use sustainable methods in order to maintain our healthy environment. But, our biggest pleasure is the undeniable benefit we get from watching our farm grow and caring for the plants from sowing seed to gathering the harvest. At High Star Farm, we harvest when the food is perfectly ripe so you can take it from the farm to your table at its very best.  We do a farm stand on Thursdays so please stop by for the freshest produce around. We love connecting people to the land and hope you have the opportunity to enjoy our produce as much as we do.
