Since High Star Ranch has always grown our own certified weed free alfalfa and grass hay for our horses and for others in the Kamas Valley, the idea of starting an organic farm with a year round green house didn’t seem all that far fetched.  It turns out that we are glad we did.

High Star Farms grows exceptional quality produce “to order” for some of the top restaurants in town like the Jean-Georges Vongerichten signature restaurant at The St. Regis Deer Valley, J&G Grill, the local favorite High West Distillery, and the intimate Talisker on Main.  That same farm-to-table fresh produce is available to the public when High Star Farms sells to the local community.

Stop by and see us next time you are in Kamas.  We’re in the Kamas Commons business center just west of the intersection of UT 248 and UT 32, right across from the grocery store.  You’ll be happy you did because nothing beats “fresh from the Farm.”
