The High Star Ranch Master Plan calls for Western horse facilities that will train national and international winners in reining and cutting and English facilities that will do the same in dressage.  Plans have also been developed for 3-day Eventing and endurance trail riding.

The “community” portion of the “Equestrian Community” moniker has been planned for three initial neighborhoods at High Star Ranch – The Cabins by the Lake, The North Meadow, and the North Bench – with three more neighborhoods to follow on the East Meadow, The Middle Bench, and The South Bench.
