Ambitious Plans, Modest Ambitions

The plans for High Star Ranch call for the creation of one of the premier equestrian communities in the country.  Both sides of the equation – horse and human – have been considered in every facet of Ranch design.
                                 
Populous, designers of more top end equestrian facilities (World Equestrian Games, Olympics, and private ranches) than anyone in the world, was commissioned to provide an unfettered view of the possibilities at High Star Ranch.  They also lent their considerable expertise to the design of training facilities, stables, and show arenas.

A project this ambitious must be tackled in phases to be done well.  Some elements can be done concurrently while others take place in a linear fashion.  High Star Ranch has invested the millions of dollars required to develop the infrastructure for a national caliber facility while jump starting the livable parts of the Ranch (for both people and the equine friends) with barns, farms, model homes.
