first level

The first level of the model home has 2 wood burning fireplaces, one in the family room and a second in the conference room with seating for 10. At the far right side of the plan, there is a game room with a billiards table, chess/checkers table and a wet bar with a built-in wine cooler. The large, central bathroom has double sinks, comode and a combo shower/bath/sauna. There is also a washer/dryer behind doors in the bathroom. ‹Return to floorplans
