In the next phase, the North Bench will have between thirty seven to fifty six lots of 1-9 acres. This is a larger sheltered area with rolling hills and a secluded feeling, with panoramic views and direct trail access. Lot buyers will have the opportunity to design their dream homes to suit their needs in sizes from 2000 to 9000 sq ft.
