Lot locations

The first lots available at High Star Ranch are in the portion of the Ranch referred to as the North Meadow.  The peaceful and expansive vistas of the North Meadow are enhanced by the area’s positioning along the edge of the 40 acre horse grazing pasture.  Views across the pasture stretch from Mt. Timpanogas to the southwest to the mountains behind Rockport Reservoir to the northwest with the ski slopes of Deer Valley Resort in between.

Other lot opportunities include the North Bench area just uphill from the North Meadow, and the Middle Bench which is situated “behind” the central corridor of the Ranch.  Future plans anticipate lots on the bench at the southern end of High Star Ranch which look over the farming portion of the Ranch where the finest certified weed free hay is grown for use onsite.
