WHAT ARE THE LOT SIZES?

ARE BOTH CABINS AND LOTS AVAILABLE?

  • Yes, beautifully built and impeccably decorated homes are available in the Thorn Creek Neighborhood along with custom lots in Thorn Creek and other neighborhoods.

HOW MANY PROPERTIES WILL THERE BE AT HIGH STAR?

  • Nightly rentals are permitted in the Village Neighborhoods. Thorn Creek requires a 2 night minimum for rentals. Nightly rental homes will require the use of a property manager. High Star Ranch does not act as the property manager for your rental.
